Planning Your Wedding Ice Cream Bar

How many guests? Everything is priced per guest with a $450 minimum on any event, so a smaller wedding simply lands on that minimum — the full cost breakdown is here, and one machine covers about 200 guests across a normal reception. Indoor or outdoor? Either works — we just need an outlet within reach — we bring the machine that matches it. What flavors? Choose from 11 flavors of Dole Whip and fresh liquid ice cream, plus a full topping bar — here are all eleven Dole flavors and how to pair them. When should you book? June Saturdays fill first, every single year.

Wedding Catering FAQs

Will you deliver and set up? Yes — we deliver, set up, run the bar if you'd like, and clean everything up. You never touch the machine. What if our venue doesn't have power nearby? We can bring a generator — it’s a $200 rental, so just let us know when you book. How far in advance should we book? As soon as you have a date. Wedding weekends fill up fast, especially in summer and fall.
