They were prompt and courteous, did a great job explaining all that we needed to know, and left plenty of supplies so there was no way we could have ran out of ice cream for the night! This was a great company to work with. We rented two machines for my son’s wedding reception. After they got things set up we discovered that the chocolate and the twist did t work.
