How long is your event? (hours)

The machine is 500 lbs and stays on a rolling cart. Anything we should know about getting it to where you want it? (Stairs, grass, multiple floors, cobblestone, long distance from the loading zone?) We CANNOT go up or down stairs.

We usually arrive about 1 hour before your event to set up. Does that work?

What power is available where the machine will be? Our large machine (serves up to 300) needs 240v. Our smaller machine (serves up to 200) needs 120v with 20 amps on a dedicated circuit. At a home, we usually plug into the large outlet behind the clothes dryer.

Which package would you like? Every package includes delivery, setup, cleanup, and pickup within 25 miles of Lehi, plus unlimited servings of 2 flavors.

Small Party — $450 flat (150 guests or fewer; 1 machine, 2 flavors, cups/cones, and 6 toppings) Basic — $2.10/person (1 machine, 2 flavors) Treat — $2.40/person (Basic + cups, cones, spoons, napkins) Sweet Tooth — $3.05/person (Treat + 6 toppings) Sugar High — $3.50/person (Treat + 10 toppings)

Do you need additional machines? One large machine serves up to 300 guests in 3 hours; a small machine serves up to 200. Each machine holds 2 flavors. Additional machines are $250 each.

Choose your toppings!

Small Party and Sweet Tooth include 6 toppings; Sugar High includes 10. Extra toppings (or any toppings on Basic/Treat) are 10¢ per guest each. Syrups count as toppings. We don't provide fresh fruit, but you're welcome to bring your own.

Which serving style do you prefer? Attendant and server time is billed for your event length plus 30 minutes, since our team arrives at least 15 minutes early and stays a bit after.

Self serve — free (we'll show a volunteer how to refill and maintain) Attendant — $35/hr (our team member stays to maintain and refill) Server — $45/hr (our team member serves guests and refills)

Delivery is included within 25 miles of Lehi. If you're farther, roughly how many miles beyond 25? ($5/mile — leave at 0 if unsure, we'll confirm.)

This is an estimate based on your selections. We'll confirm your final price — including any generator needs and exact mileage — before your event is booked. The $450 minimum applies to every event; attendant/server time is added on top.
