Does my venue in Pleasant Grove have the right power?

Stone Gate has 240v by the stage, Grove Station has 240v, Barbwire and Lace has an outlet outside by the saloon, and Olivers Place has 240v in the kitchen area. The Bungalow has a 120v outlet and we bring a generator as backup.

Soft Serve & Dole Whip Catering in Pleasant Grove

Pleasant Grove is a short run from us in Lehi, so delivery is included. We've set up at The Bungalow, Stone Gate, Grove Station, Barbwire and Lace and Oliver's Place — five venues with almost nothing in common except that we know where the power is at each of them. Two flavors per machine, all-you-can-eat, and we handle delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup.

The Bungalow. Family-run for nearly fifty years — stone walls, ivy, grape arbors and generational trees at the base of Mount Timpanogos, and the whole facility is yours for the day. Our most-photographed Pleasant Grove venue.

Stone Gate. The oldest standing chapel in Utah Valley, plus the Grand Ballroom, the Great Hall and the Hidden Grove outdoor pavilion under the ash trees. The power is on the stage area and we can set up wherever you’d like us.

Grove Station. Vintage industrial, built to feel like a grand train terminal — soaring ceilings, tall windows and a plaza with room for food trucks. If you’re doing food trucks and want dessert handled separately, this is the easiest venue in the county for it.

Barbwire and Lace. Three and a half acres of boho-vintage, with a working saddle shop indoors and a pavilion and garden outside. There’s an outlet out by the saloon, so we can run either way.

Oliver's Place. An 1870 farmstead on 83 acres, now an event venue with a cafe and market attached. Power is in the kitchen area.

What's included

One machine, two flavors and unlimited servings for your guest count, plus delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup. We arrive at least an hour before your start time, and nobody on your side has to move, refill or clean anything. One large 240v machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours and our 120v machines up to 200 each; above that we add a second machine for a flat $250.

Vanilla and chocolate real ice cream, plus eight Dole Soft Serve flavors including the famous pineapple. The ice cream is gluten free and the Dole Soft Serve is gluten, dairy and lactose free — the full list is on our Flavors page.

Pricing and travel

Pleasant Grove is inside our 25-mile radius from Lehi, so there is no travel charge.

Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest for 150 or more, with a $450 flat rate under that — our Pricing page has the full breakdown.

Peak Friday and Saturday nights fill three to four months out.

Events we cater in Pleasant Grove

Weddings and receptions are most of it — usually 150 to 300 guests with the machine running two or three hours while people come and go.

Family events — graduations, reunions, baby blessings, missionary send-offs and homecomings.

Community and school events. Oliver’s Place and the Hidden Grove at Stone Gate both handle a crowd outdoors, which is most of what a summer community event needs.
