Does my venue in American Fork have the right power?

Highland Gardens, Fox Hollow Golf Club, the American Fork Amphitheater, Northampton House, Alpine Art Center and The Villa all have 240V power and we know where the outlets are. Knot and Pine and The Vista at Cedar Hills run on our smaller 120V machine, which we bring as a matter of course.

Soft Serve & Dole Whip Catering in American Fork

We're based in Lehi, ten minutes from American Fork, which means no travel charge and no rush on setup. We've served Highland Gardens more times than any other venue in the county, along with Fox Hollow Golf Club, the American Fork Amphitheater and Northampton House, and we know where the outlets are in each one. Two flavors per machine, all-you-can-eat, and we handle delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup.

Venues we've served in American Fork

Highland Gardens. One of our most-served venues anywhere. There's 240V behind the dryers and we usually set up along the east wall, which keeps the line clear of the dance floor. We've worked weddings here from 150 to 400 guests. Can accommodate 2 of our large machines.

Fox Hollow Golf Club. Indoor or outdoor. We run a cord along the back wall to the basement 240v outlet, so you don't need to think about power.

American Fork Amphitheater. Outdoors, with 240v outlets in the maintenance sheds on either side. Good for large community and company events where guests come and go across a few hours.

Northampton House. Indoor, 240V in the kitchen and 120v outlets in multiple locations for their distinct venue rooms. We've served in each of them!

Just outside the city we also serve Alpine Art Center (outlet outside under the trellis), Knot and Pine in Alpine, The Villa in Cedar Hills, and The Vista at Cedar Hills Golf Club. Knot and Pine, The Villa and The Vista run on our smaller 120V machine, which we bring as a matter of course — nothing for you to arrange.

None of the venues mentioned above require an outside vendor contract or a certificate of insurance. You book us, we show up.

What's included

One machine, two flavors and unlimited servings for your guest count, plus delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup. We arrive at least an hour before your start time, and nobody on your side has to move, refill or clean anything. One large 240V machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours and our 120V machines up to 200 each; above that we add a second machine for a flat $250.

Vanilla and chocolate real ice cream, plus eight Dole Soft Serve flavors including the famous pineapple. The ice cream is gluten free and the Dole Soft Serve is gluten, dairy and lactose free — the full list is on our Flavors page.

Pricing and travel

American Fork is inside our 25-mile radius from Lehi, so there is no travel charge.

Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest for 150 or more, with a $450 flat rate under that — our Pricing page has the full breakdown.

Peak Friday and Saturday nights fill three to four months out.

Events we cater in American Fork

Weddings are most of what we do here, usually a reception of 150 to 300 with the machine running for two to three hours while guests come and go.

Company parties. We’ve run three machines at once for staff events, which handles a crowd arriving all at the same time rather than trickling in.

School and community events. The Amphitheater and local schools are regulars — teacher appreciation days, end-of-season parties, and district events.

Also graduations, reunions, baby blessings, missionary events, and fundraisers.

Do I need to tell the venue you’re coming? It’s polite, but none of our American Fork venues require an outside vendor contract.
