Does my venue in Sandy have the right power?

Le Jardin has 240v in the kitchen area and Twenty and Creek has 240v in both kitchens plus an outdoor outlet near the bar. Crescent Hall has 120v outlets. At Aoki Event Garden and Cottage Charm we bring our own generator.

We come up from Lehi, and Sandy is inside our delivery radius, so there's no travel charge. We've set up at Le Jardin, Twenty & Creek, Crescent Hall, Aoki Event Garden and Cottage Charm — which between them cover just about every kind of event space in the city, and every kind of power situation. Two flavors per machine, all-you-can-eat, and we handle delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup.

Venues we've served in Sandy

Le Jardin. Fountains, landscaped courtyards and year-round flowers at the foot of the Wasatch. Our most-photographed Sandy venue, and the easiest on power — 240v in the kitchen area.

Twenty & Creek. Opened in 2022 and one of the valley’s newest. Indoor reception hall, ceremony hall and a patio, with 240v in both kitchens and an outdoor outlet near the bar, so we can run indoors or out without you thinking about it.

Crescent Hall. The old Crescent Elementary gymnasium, built in 1930 — tall ceilings, art deco detail, exposed brick and Edison lights. 120v, so we bring the smaller machine.

Aoki Event Garden. A 3,600 square foot pavilion with a waterfall and koi pond, plus a patio, and the whole thing encloses in minutes if the weather turns. It’s a garden rather than a building, so we bring our own generator and you don’t have to ask anyone about outlets.

Cottage Charm. Farmhouse and vintage, with room for up to 400 standing. We bring our own generator here, so power is never something you have to put to the venue.

What's included

One machine, two flavors and unlimited servings for your guest count, plus delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup. We arrive at least an hour before your start time, and nobody on your side has to move, refill or clean anything. One large 240v machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours and our 120v machines up to 200 each; above that we add a second machine for a flat $250.

Vanilla and chocolate real ice cream, plus eight Dole Soft Serve flavors including the famous pineapple. The ice cream is gluten free and the Dole Soft Serve is gluten, dairy and lactose free — the full list is on our Flavors page.

Pricing and travel

Sandy is inside our 25-mile radius from Lehi, so there is no travel charge.

Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest for 150 or more, with a $450 flat rate under that — our Pricing page has the full breakdown.

Peak Friday and Saturday nights fill three to four months out.

Events we cater in Sandy

Weddings and receptions are most of it — usually 150 to 300 guests with the machine running two or three hours while people come and go.

Company parties. Sandy’s office corridor along State Street and Towne Ridge keeps us busy in summer, and a soft serve machine deals with a crowd that all breaks at once far better than a dessert table does.

Family events — graduations, reunions, baby blessings, missionary send-offs and homecomings, and a good number of backyard receptions.

Where will you set up? Wherever you want us, within reach of power — the table above covers the venues we know. The machine can’t go up or down stairs, so we’ll sort that out in advance.

What if my venue isn’t listed, or it’s a backyard? Tell us and we’ll work out the power before you book. We bring a generator wherever one is needed.
