Does my venue in Provo have the right power?

White Shanty, The Startup Building, Conrad Ranch, The Bright Building, La Fete, The Blake, Ivory Hall and White Willow all have 240v power and we know where the outlets are. Southworth Hall and The Manor at Riverwoods have 120v outlets.

Do I need to tell the venue you are coming?

It is polite, but none of our Provo venues require an outside vendor contract or a certificate of insurance.

We're based in Lehi, about twenty minutes up the freeway, so delivery to Provo is included. We've set up in most of the city's main event venues — most often White Shanty, The Startup Building, Conrad Ranch and The Bright Building — and we know where the power is in each one. Two flavors per machine, all-you-can-eat, and we handle delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup.

Venues we've served in Provo

White Shanty. An industrial-chic space in a 1940s steel fabrication building, and one of our most frequent Provo venues. 240v on the south wall, indoors or out on the grass.

The Startup Building. Brick walls, wood beams and high ceilings, with room for 300. 240v in the kitchen, and we run from there into the main hall.

Conrad Ranch. Up Provo Canyon, and the only one of these with power in two places — the kitchen and the outdoor pavilion — so you can put us wherever the evening ends up.

We've also served La Fête, four minutes’ walk from the Provo City Center Temple, The Blake, Ivory Hall, White Willow, Southworth Hall and The Manor at Riverwoods. White Willow is the one with stairs, so the machine sets up on the back balcony — it works well out there, and we’ll have sorted it out with you long before the day.

None of these venues require an outside vendor contract or a certificate of insurance. You book us, we show up.

What's included

One machine, two flavors and unlimited servings for your guest count, plus delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup. We arrive at least an hour before your start time, and nobody on your side has to move, refill or clean anything. One large 240v machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours and our 120v machines up to 200 each; above that we add a second machine for a flat $250.

Pricing and travel

Provo is inside our 25-mile radius from Lehi, so there is no travel charge.

Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest for 150 or more, with a $450 flat rate under that — our Pricing page has the full breakdown.

Peak Friday and Saturday nights fill three to four months out.

Events we cater in Provo

Weddings are most of it — usually a reception of 150 to 300 with the machine running for two or three hours while guests come and go.

Company and university events. We’ve run three machines at once for a university administration party at Splash Summit, which handles a crowd that all arrives at the same time rather than trickling in.

Backyard receptions. Provo has a lot of them, and they’re some of our favorite events — we bring everything, and most homes have an outlet we can use.

Also graduations, reunions, baby blessings, missionary events and fundraisers.
