Does my venue in Draper have the right power?

Siempre has 240v along the back wall near the DJ setup. The Ballard, The Day Barn and Cactus and Tropicals all have 120v outlets, so we bring our smaller machine.

We're based in Lehi, about twenty minutes down the freeway, so delivery to Draper is included. We've set up at The Ballard, Siempre, Cactus & Tropicals and the Day Barn, and we know what each one needs for power before you have to ask them. Two flavors per machine, all-you-can-eat, and we handle delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup.

Venues we've served in Draper

The Ballard. A luxury event space off Bangerter Parkway with a view across the Salt Lake Valley. 120v outlets at several points, so we bring a smaller machine and set up wherever you want it.

Siempre. The rotunda venue up on the bench, and the Draper venue we’ve photographed most. There’s an outlet along the back wall near where the DJ sets up, which is where we run from.

Cactus & Tropicals. The Draper greenhouse — arched glass, botanical displays and valley views off the deck. There’s a 120v outlet by the food counters, so we bring the smaller machine and nothing about power is your problem.

The Day Barn. The historic dairy barn at Pioneer Square, run by Draper City. Rustic, straightforward, and popular for receptions that don’t want a reception center.

Soft serve catering setup at Siempre, a Draper wedding venue

What's included

One machine, two flavors and unlimited servings for your guest count, plus delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup. We arrive at least an hour before your start time, and nobody on your side has to move, refill or clean anything. One large 240v machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours and our 120v machines up to 200 each; above that we add a second machine for a flat $250.

Vanilla and chocolate real ice cream, plus eight Dole Soft Serve flavors including the famous pineapple. The ice cream is gluten free and the Dole Soft Serve is gluten, dairy and lactose free — the full list is on our Flavors page.

Pricing and travel

Draper is inside our 25-mile radius from Lehi, so there is no travel charge.

Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest for 150 or more, with a $450 flat rate under that — our Pricing page has the full breakdown.

Peak Friday and Saturday nights fill three to four months out.

Events we cater in Draper

Weddings and receptions are most of it — usually 150 to 300 guests with the machine running two or three hours while people come and go.

Company parties. Draper has more corporate campuses than anywhere else we serve outside Lehi, and a soft serve machine handles a crowd that all arrives at once far better than a dessert table does.

Family events — graduations, reunions, baby blessings, missionary send-offs and homecomings.

Questions we get about Draper venues

Where will you set up? Wherever you want us, within reach of power. The machine can’t go up or down stairs, so we’ll sort that out in advance.

Does my venue need anything from you? Siempre requires an outside catering licence and a contract, and we already have both on file — nothing for you to chase.
