Does my venue in Lehi have the right power?

Electric Park has multiple 240v outlets off the venue spider box and can take up to six of our machines. The Lodge at Traverse Mountain has 240v in the kitchen behind the stove. The Rooftop has no 240v, so we bring our smaller 120v machine.

How many guests can you serve at once?

One large 240v machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours. At Electric Park we have run six machines at once and served 1,500 to 2,000 people in a single day.

We're not a Salt Lake company that drives down for Lehi events. We're based here. That means no travel charge, and a working knowledge of every event space in town — Electric Park at Thanksgiving Point, The Lodge at Traverse Mountain and The Rooftop — including which ones can run a 240v machine and which need our smaller one.

Electric Park at Thanksgiving Point. Fifteen acres of open ground with multiple 240v outlets off the venue’s spider box. We’ve run six machines at once here, and served 1,500 to 2,000 people in a single day at summer company parties. If you’re planning something big, this is the venue where capacity isn’t a question. It’s booked through Thanksgiving Point.

The Lodge at Traverse Mountain. Just behind the outlet mall, 2,200 square feet, 150 seated or 300 flowing. We’ve been here many times and the power is straightforward — 240v in the kitchen behind the stove. We usually set up in the side room near the restrooms, or in front of the kitchen windows where the light is good.

The Rooftop. Top-floor venue with floor-to-ceiling windows over the valley, and an open balcony. There’s no 240v, so we bring the smaller 120v machine as a matter of course. Nothing for you to arrange and nothing to ask the venue about.

Company parties in Lehi

Lehi is where a lot of our corporate work happens, and it’s a different job from a wedding — four hundred people arriving in the same fifteen minutes rather than drifting past a dessert table all evening. Our summer parties at Electric Park have run 1,500 to 2,000 people in a day, and a few years ago we served around 2,500 at a single event.

For a crowd that arrives all at once, one machine per two to three hundred guests is the rule, and we’d rather tell you that up front than watch a line form.

What's included

One machine, two flavors and unlimited servings for your guest count, plus delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup. We arrive at least an hour before your start time, and nobody on your side has to move, refill or clean anything. One large 240v machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours and our 120v machines up to 200 each; above that we add a second machine for a flat $250.

Vanilla and chocolate real ice cream, plus eight Dole Soft Serve flavors including the famous pineapple. The ice cream is gluten free and the Dole Soft Serve is gluten, dairy and lactose free — the full list is on our Flavors page.

Pricing and travel

Lehi is home, so there’s no travel charge and no minimum drive time to work around.

Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest for 150 or more, with a $450 flat rate under that — our Pricing page has the full breakdown.

Peak Friday and Saturday nights fill three to four months out.

Events we cater in Lehi

Weddings and receptions at The Lodge and The Rooftop, usually 150 to 300 guests with the machine running two or three hours.

Company parties and conventions. Electric Park is perfect for a large summer party, and this is the bulk of our Lehi work.

Schools and community events. We’ve provided ice cream and Dole Whip for multiple teacher appreciation events at Lehi schools, and Electric Park handles city-scale events without breaking a sweat.

Family events — graduations, reunions, baby blessings, missionary send-offs and homecomings.

Where will you set up? Wherever you want us, within reach of power — the table above covers the venues we know. The machine can’t go up or down stairs, so we’ll sort that out in advance.

What about an office or a backyard? Tell us and we’ll work out the power before you book. We do a lot of both here.
