Soft Serve & Dole Whip Catering in Lindon

Lindon is fifteen minutes from us in Lehi, so delivery is included. We've set up at Wadley Farms, Walker Farms, The Wild Oak, Big Willow Barn and Bravo Event Center — which is most of the barn-and-garden venues in Utah County's prettiest stretch — and we know where the outlets are at each one, which matters more at a farm venue than it does anywhere else. Two flavors per machine, all-you-can-eat, and we handle delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup.

Venues we've served in Lindon

Wadley Farms. Twenty-three acres of gardens, vineyards and orchards at the base of Mount Timpanogos, with a castle, an event barn and a historic railroad building. The power is in the farmhouse and the railroad building, so you have plenty of choices for where to set up.

Walker Farms. The barn built in 2020 — agricultural architecture done properly, with the run of the whole property for the day. They have a 240v outlet so a large group and multiple machines are easy here.

The Wild Oak. A nineteenth-century apple orchard warehouse turned European-style ballroom, 19-foot ceilings and old cellar doors, on 1.6 acres. Outlets inside behind the stove and outside by the trellis, so indoors or out both work.

Big Willow Barn. The red barn at Linden Nursery, with gardens under a century-old weeping willow. Power is inside behind the stove. We usually set up on the outside back patio.

Bravo Event Center. Open, modern, up to 400 flowing, and happy with outside caterers. We bring our own generator here so power is never a conversation.

We added our 120v machines last year and haven’t been back to every venue since. Where this table says we bring our own power, there may now be an outlet we can use instead — ask us and we’ll confirm before you book.

What's included

One machine, two flavors and unlimited servings for your guest count, plus delivery, setup, cleanup and pickup. We arrive at least an hour before your start time, and nobody on your side has to move, refill or clean anything. One large 240v machine covers up to 300 guests in three hours and our 120v machines up to 200 each; above that we add a second machine for a flat $250.

Vanilla and chocolate real ice cream, plus eight Dole Soft Serve flavors including the famous pineapple. The ice cream is gluten free and the Dole Soft Serve is gluten, dairy and lactose free — the full list is on our Flavors page.

Pricing and travel

Lindon is inside our 25-mile radius from Lehi, so there is no travel charge.

Packages run $2.10 to $3.50 per guest for 150 or more, with a $450 flat rate under that — our Pricing page has the full breakdown.

Peak Friday and Saturday nights fill three to four months out.

Events we cater in Lindon

Weddings and receptions are nearly all of it here. Lindon’s venues are barns and gardens, which means summer, which means ice cream lands better than almost anything else you could put on the dessert table.

Family events — graduations, reunions, baby blessings, missionary send-offs and homecomings.

Wadley Farms. The machine is self-serve once we’ve set it up, which is usually the bit the kids remember.

Company parties. Bravo takes 400 flowing, and we’ve done plenty of staff events at that scale.
