We’re based in Lehi, so Utah County is home. Delivery is included anywhere within 25 miles of us, which covers the whole county — there is no travel charge whether you’re in Alpine or Payson.

Power: the question nobody thinks to ask

A soft serve machine needs a real outlet, and most couples find out the week before that nobody has checked. We keep notes on every Utah County venue we’ve been to — which outlet, which wall, whether it trips the breaker with two machines on it — so when you tell us your venue, the answer is usually already written down.

Most venues here have power we can use, and we bring the machine that matches it. Where a building can’t carry what your guest count needs, we can bring a generator instead — that’s a $200 rental, and you’ll see it on the quote before you book rather than on the day.
